We are here today to talk about fear and worry and how it affects your brain.

Well, it's actually your brain that can cause the little ants in your head to get on the exercise wheel and go over and over on and

trained and you are constantly striving to

improve, it can often alleviate some of that fear and worry because you're just

constantly taking steps towards improvement. So there's a neuroscience to this.
