My name is Lauren.

And before you start to meditate, I said, I suggest that you make yourself comfortable and hop into bed because the aim of this meditation is fast sound asleep. Prepare and declar out of the space.

Perhaps you like to burn some oils. Darken the room. Ensure that the room is comfortable and as quiet as you can make it.

The sounds you have control over, turn off, and those sounds which you may not have control over. Simply accept. And when you're ready we will begin.

Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. Fast sleep.

Come into this space, in this time, in this moment.
