0:31.1	In the last month, I started listening to TED Talks and a few other things on YouTube,

0:38.5	I've been listening to AOC for about two weeks, and I'm already seeing great results.
0:42.3	I smile more, talk to more people, and can see improvements in my thought, self-care,
