I was really struggling to do this Mindset Monday with everything happening in the world, man.

But you and I both know, like behind the camera, by my side, you and I doing all the work that we do,

Like a lot of people rely on us to stay positive and it's just, sometimes you just, it just gets hard yeah what do you do in that moment man when you're just like

Yeah, for me like the things that have been going on this past week my heart is absolutely

broken this is traumatizing for me because it's like yet again this is

happening and there's

seemingly has never been an answer for it.

Yeah.

And so I see it. I'm on Facebook. I see it. I'm on Instagram. I see it.

I'm on Twitter. I see it it it's taken over my social media I see it the best

thing for me to do that I had been doing is just working and staying busy.

Immercing myself in my world, my creative world, making videos,

whether it be my videos or your videos, just editing, just getting lost in that world.

Because if I'm not doing that I'm sitting on the

couch looking at this stuff and I'm getting pissed off I'm getting angry I'm

getting upset I'm shaking I'm furious I'm sad so again the best thing I can do is just work and stay busy and

maybe go on a walk with my wife or ride my bikes things that make me happy, you know?

And that's not to say I'm ignoring what's going on, it's just sometimes I got to step away.

I got to step away from that, you know?
