MASTERS IN COUNSELLING AT MONASH UNIVERSITY CLAYTON AUSTRALIA.
Lauren has been teaching meditation for 30 years.
Lauren is a qualified Personal trainer with certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and has lectured in the fitness and wellbeing industry for over 25 years.

| 0:31.0 | In this guided sleep meditation, we're going to move towards a deep relaxation, a restoring healing meditation. |
| 0:44.0 | Before we start, create, choose a space in which you can meditate safely. |
| 0:57.0 | Bring intention to your practice, |
| 1:00.0 | put on comfortable loose clothing. |
| 1:05.0 | Ideally this meditation is for your sleep, |
| 1:09.0 | so your bed is a suitable place in which to meditate. |
| 1:16.8 | However, anywhere where you are comfortable and you are safe |
| 1:27.0 | is also suitable. When you're ready, we will begin. |
| 1:45.0 | Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. |
| 1:51.5 | Start to come into the present moment into |
| 1:58.0 | the present moment, this space right now. |
| 2:07.8 | Look down upon yourself your conscious state your physical state |
| 2:34.0 | gently you are what you are in this moment right now. And that's okay. Take her breath in and release that breath. Notice your pattern of breathing. |
