In a world with so much chaos with so many things coming at you you know exactly what I'm saying and I'm not referring to like the news cycle and the tragedy and the things that are happening around the world I mean even in your own business and in your own life my question for you is where do you find peace?

Where do you go to experience a little calm? What do you do to bring yourself to center

because so much of what we do as entrepreneurs,

so much of what we do as business people

is we go out and we fight the good fight

and we grind and we hustle

and all those funny little words that people use to describe like building a business.

But you have to get a way to replenish yourself. You have to get away to get back to center.

So whether that is gratitude, which we've talked about a thousand times, or it's meditation or it's prayer or it's walking, it's going to the beach, it's getting to the mountains, it's just having a walk and having a conversation with your dog or your friend.

Like in these days if you don't find peace for yourself,

you just can't go out and be your best every single day.

This isn't like a sprint that we're doing. This isn't even a marathon. This is like running

hundreds of ultra marathons called Life and Business. And I guess what I wish for you is we

near wrapping up this year,

and we look to the future of 2024,

it's for you to find more peace,

because I know you're going to work,

and I know you're going to help people,

and I know you're going to serve,

but what I wish for you is more grace.
