consider how you might use this technique right now in your life and a challenge that you are

dealing with right now and that might be maybe a project you've been working on isn't

coming together as you had hoped it would or maybe you're struggling with a relationship

or maybe you've let your health go. So consider where you need a little bit of inner renewal in your

life and just bring that to mind. Maybe you're getting ready to sit down right now and meditate

or maybe you're out walking and doing errands or maybe you're getting ready to drift off to sleep.
