I’m asking you this important question on today’s Mindset Monday because I want to remind you that you have the strength to overcome what has happened and this year has made us aware of what’s possible, even during times of adversity. Have you acknowledged the lessons that 2020 has taught you? Life is short, it’s time to cement your mindset to expand your life for the better.

0:04.0	Every person I talked to I'm asking that question and it's it's revealing to get where people's mindset is.
0:10.0	A lot of people experience tragedy this year and some people didn't experience any but they put all their concentration there.
0:17.7	They put all their energy there. They put all their fear and anxiety and emotion and you know what they lived through the tragedy of
0:25.4	others and they created tragedy for themselves while other people just had a

0:32.8	They found more triumph, they found more opportunities to give back,
0:37.2	they found ways to love on the people that mattered most of them.
0:40.0	It made them stop and reflect and realize that life is really short and the time that
0:44.6	we have is really small and I've got to spend that time doing the things that really
0:48.5	matter most to me.
0:51.3	Everybody experienced the same year. How did you experience it? Did you look
0:54.8	through the filter of tragedy or did you go through the filter of triumph? Did you go
0:59.0	through what's possible or did you deal with what was impossible?
1:02.8	I'm not judging, I'm just asking you to create some awareness around it.
1:06.4	Because guess what?
1:07.4	The year is almost over, but COVID isn't.
1:10.7	And there's going to be at least another year plus before we ever even think of that word
1:16.4	normal in a normal sense again.
1:19.2	And yet I know people that dealt with tragedy, real tragedy, that also experienced triumph.
1:26.6	Because they chose to acknowledge this and feel the pain and deal with the emotion and
1:30.4	understand and learn the lessons while simultaneously doing the things
