Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast. Some of you may have noticed, if you're

listening carefully, that I have a slight lisp. And that is because I've just had root canal treatment,

which was not enjoyable. But shout out to Dr. Ban, one of my clients, for talking me into that because I was very, very

tempted just to have the tooth out. But that really wouldn't have been, I guess it would have been

a case of not using delayed gratification and just going for the easy, immediate win. And I know

some of you would be thinking, I'd feel like getting your tooth out isn't

an immediate win because I'm sure that's pretty painful but if you're in tooth pain it does seem like

you kind of want to take that option but no no no I've gone for the long term sensible approach

i'd also like today to give a big shout out to a couple of clients the first one is Sharon and for

those of you in the commit to six group you guys will know Sharon. She's a big personality. But what really

impresses me about her is she kind of nails life balance. So she does commit pretty hard. You know,

Sharon's the first in the gym out of the whole group. I think she gets off about four in the morning

to go to the gym, which seems crazy to a lot of people, but she gets it done. But what she also does is party

really pretty hard on the weekends. And I just like to see that she still gets results. She still

stays on top of her fitness, stays on top of her nutrition, and doesn't use that as an excuse. And also

doesn't limit herself. So she's still at like pink concerts and doing crazy bar crawls

and taking my mates out and getting them so drunk that they i think she had like a three-day hangover

larissa so yeah shout out to sharon one for keeping us all motivated and always being such

positive influence and two for keeping us all motivated and always being such positive influence,
