is that their mindset is so much better and that they feel like they are in control so they know

how to lose weight and they know that if they stick to their calories they do lose weight and they know how to lose weight, and they know that if they stick to their calories, they do lose weight.

And they know that although fat loss is hard, fat loss is fair.

And that also means that they understand that some weeks it isn't necessary to stress over being in a deficit,

and that if they aren't in a deficit one week, they might not lose fat that

week, but also they know how to lose fat. So it kind of takes the stress away from it. And you're

really thinking of body fat as just that energy store. If you take in more energy than you expend
