We turned to a stroll-down memory lane.

In 2003, this century, at the Yale Global Online, Bill McGuire,

a distinguished commentator on climate change, published

this article, Will Global Warming trigger a new ice age? Question mark. That is a very good evening

to you. The global warming story turned into the climate change story, turned into pledges being made in these last years by

sovereign states about net zero and their goals and what must be done, mandating EVs, all of that

from an article that said global warming would trigger a new ice age. Help us understand what's happened the last 25 years

and why there is the public now confused. Good evening to you. Good evening to you, John. I wrote the

article, it's called Climate Changing the Gold Coasts, because there are gradations regarding the climate change debate that aren't being

necessarily brought up. And there are also instances whereby within that debate, there's talk that

warming is actually good for humanity. It is good for crops. It is good to avoid starvation.

That it is cold. That is really the problem. And so I was initially, I spotted an article that was talking about how that warm weather was going to kill more people than even cold.

And it seemed to me that was rather in response to the initial

argument about warmth being good for humanity. So in short, I tended to view almost that was a

reaction for the supporters of the alarmist climate change position to try to rebut the fact that

historically warmth is good for you.

The other part of it is, John, within the gradations, you have to remember that it isn't

just a case of whether there is climate change or whether there isn't climate change.

The question is, what are the consequences of climate change?
