It's worth the conversation, but just to give you some context on what we're doing.

So last time, or excuse me, last year, last summer, I had a conversation on this podcast with

then Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams.

Today he is the New York City Mayor-elect.

And I thought it would be interesting to sort of resurface

that conversation.

Share it with you again in case you didn't have a chance to hear it and give you some context on who he is.

Now I know not everyone listening to this is from New York City or really cares what's going on in New York City politics.

But it is interesting to sort of hear from him prior to even sort of deciding to run,

or maybe he had already decided but didn't announce it.

Now I do want to add some context here

that I think I forgot to sort of add in yesterday's episode,

but I think it's important.
