but I've been reading her book and she

really lays out some phenomenal phenomenal stuff in it.

One of the big things that she discusses is this thing called Temptation Stacking.

Now I'd never heard the official name for Temptation Stacking prior to reading this book,

but it's essentially the phenomenon that, or not really phenomenon, the idea rather that by taking something you really want to do something that is

tempting to you and pairing it with something that you know you should do but maybe don't really want to as much it's not as fun and

sort of locking it so that you only do that thing when you're doing the you only do the thing that's tempting to you when you're doing the thing that's tempting to you when you're doing the thing that you don't really want to do, you can actually make it significantly easier to get over that hump of taking action and of course for most of us that habit building

process those first few days those excuse me that first week that can be such a struggle
