Can you do body recomp a deficit of 300, 100 grams of protein?

Your grams of protein per day will be dependent on your current body weight and your current muscle mass.

So I don't know if 100 grams of protein per day is enough for you.

A calorie deficit of 300 per day, you will lose fat. It will just be quite slow. So typically,

300 is the bare minimum. I like around a 500 calorie deficit per day to lose fat. And you'll still be able to build muscle

with a 500 calorie deficit per day, especially if you have 30, 40, 50 plus pounds of body
