you know it's a big craze but intermittent fasting is just a way to get you to eat less calories.

If you follow anything I have ever said or anything I ever put out,

what is going to matter is you are in a caloric deficit if you're looking to lose fat,

lose weight. If you want to lose fat, lose weight.

If you want to do that, you need to be in a caloric deficit.
