Summary

Hey Guys, This is part one of a four part series I am going to be putting up here when it comes to nutrition. I wanted to do this to give people a foundational base of what they should focus on when thinking about nutrition. So many people come to me and don't know where to start or what to focus on when talking about their nutrition. Or if they do know, they don't know how many calories to eat or what their protein should be. These videos are going to cover all of that and more. So I really think they can be of huge help to you out there looking for guidance. This first part video is introducing the hierarchy and focusing on one major thing that makes it all up.. You can't F this up. You cannot "mess up" or "go off track". Even if you don't hit your calories, or even if you miss a weeks worth of workouts.. You cannot screw this up, because it is a never ending journey. DON'T just say "Well F it, I messed up, might as well go out and get back on track Monday..". No, you just get right back on track, the next meal. And that is something I felt was so important it had to be the base of this hierarchy. Part 2 will discuss why calories are so important, and how many YOU should eat for YOUR goal. Let me know what you think, and if you know someone who can benefit feel free to share. This is also available via Youtube HERE. Thanks. -E.

What is Eric Roberts and I'm a real fitness coach who takes pride in being a non-bullshid non-promotive source of information that you guys can take

0:20.8

to hopefully help reach your fitness goals. The reason I say a real fitness coach is

0:24.7

because I see a lot of people in this day and age with technology that not that it's a bad

0:28.8

thing but they're just online coaches. You hear so many and see so many online

0:33.0

personal trainers, this and that. That's cool and great.

0:37.6

But the reason I say a real fitness coach is because I do work with people in

0:41.0

real life. I have provided real results in real life to give people.

0:45.0

And I think that's important because if you don't, if you haven't worked with people in real life,

0:48.8

if you haven't seen them tendencies, what their daily lives are like, what their kids' schedule is like that throws off their day that makes them not be able to eat their calories perfectly for the day.

0:57.0

If people have not seen this and work with this in real life, I don't think they're going to be as good of a coach online in some space like this.

1:04.0

So that's the reason I say that.

1:06.0

What I am creating these, I'm about to create a four-part video series for you guys, a four-part nutrition

hierarchy, so that's what's going to be called, but especially just a four-part nutrition hierarchy so that's what it's going to be called but

1:13.1

especially just a four-part nutrition course that's going to be based around

1:16.6

hopefully giving you guys a good a good foundation a good base of knowledge a good

1:20.6

place to start with your guys's fitness goals because as much as you

1:24.4

want to work out in the gym and trust me I'm all from working out in the gym.

1:27.4

I'm a fitness coach is what I do. But as much as you guys want to work out in the gym

1:31.2

in your programs, it's not going to matter unless you guys can get you

1:34.5

nutrition down Pat.

1:35.7

So that being said, the reason I'm creating this is to hopefully help give you guys a good foundational

1:40.4

base, so somewhere to look look somewhere to start.
