Today's episode has nothing to do with calories, macros, or training. Today, my co-sophie, and I are going to

0:07.1

be talking about the biggest life lessons that we've learned that school never taught us. And we're

0:12.5

going to be talking about money, loyalty, failure, identity, work ethic, family, the stuff that

0:18.5

actually shapes who you become. And we're going to get pretty personal

0:22.5

on this one. So if you're here for a sick bicep workout, we all love sick bicep workouts,

0:27.6

but that will not be this episode. We are going to be talking about what building a business

0:32.6

has taught me, what buying a Lamborghini has taught me, what having my dad tell me to stop crying like a little bitch taught me about life. That sounded me, but he kind of did say that in a loving way. But it's the lessons that we've learned. And so we're excited to do this podcast. Sophie, how are you, my friend? I'm good. It's like I feel so different. Like I haven't talked to in three years, but I know we just spoke last week.

0:56.0

But I guess this is the first time I've done the podcast in like three weeks in my apartment.

1:00.2

So it just feels different.

1:03.5

I know. You're living your best life out here.

1:05.4

Yeah.

1:07.2

Anyways, I'm good. I'm back to my apartment. I was going a little bit insane. I went to gym yesterday. God, I like... Nice.

1:15.3

Yeah. I'm happy to be back in my routine. Yeah. It's really... Yeah. That's good. How are you?

1:20.3

I think it's, like, again, I think we crave novelty, but we also crave routine. And so I think it's like there's a balance of novelty within the

1:30.3

routine. And that looks different for everybody. But I always, I always do feel very good. And it's funny,

1:36.8

because I feel very good when I'm in routine. I'm doing things. I'm being helpful and productive.

1:42.2

But then I'm like, oh, I want to go here or I want to do this. And it's like, we always want what we don't have. And so it's just funny how like works. No, that is like so funny because like I was on a trip thinking about how much I miss my routine. Granted, in my scenario, it's not like I was taking a vacation. I was still working, so it was a little bit different.

2:01.8

But still, I'm like, oh, I don't know.

2:16.3

Like the digital nomads, I don't know how they do it. I'm like, going insane out here. Yeah, but that becomes their routine. Like, they're home for a couple weeks and they're gone for a couple weeks and they're gone for a couple weeks and they're gone for a couple weeks. So that just becomes the new routine. Like if let's say, if let's say you move to Miami for reasons that we won't say on the pod today, but if you move to Miami and I move to Miami, it's like, well, we're going to have a new routine. And so like, you'll find a new routine. So, yeah. Dude, how sick would that be if we both moved to Miami?

2:35.8

That would be crazy.

2:36.9

That would be crazy.

2:37.7

That would be crazy.
