| 0:37.3 | Very, we're chill today. I know. It's, it's. It's like, center today. Life in Miami. It's very chill. I was going to say Miami's great. You get in the sun. You get in the sun. You get a workout in, you know. It's just a good life here. I, uh, last day here. Bunch got to leave tomorrow, but you know, it's great. Miami's great for you. This is great. Miami's great for everybody, I feel like. I mean, listen, so like, I'll, I'm going to walk through like yesterday, right? Yesterday was Sunday. Well, yesterday was kind of a weird day because it was the Bengals game. But, like, I would imagine yesterday I woke up. I, like, six. I did, like, two and a half, three hours of work, wrote some emails, content, da-da-da, whatever, whatever. Went down to the beach and I swam for 20 minutes in the ocean. So incredibly hard, by the way. Like, anybody who is a swimmer, |
| 1:28.9 | much respect because it's so hard. Like, I'm like, all right, I'm, I'm, I'm in the ocean and I'm like, looking to my right. I'm like, okay, I see these big buildings. I'm like, I'm going to get to the beginning of the big building. And then I'm going to stop and rest. And I'm like, I'm swimming for like what feels like 10 minutes and I like haven't even fucking moved closer to this building. |
| 1:46.9 | I'm like, what'm swimming for like what feels like 10 minutes. And I like haven't even fucking moved closer to this building. I'm like, what is going on? Like what, what is this? So I do the swim and then I get out and I'm like, all right, I'm going to go for a 20 minute run. Ended up being a 30 minute run on the beach because I went a little bit too far, too far down, but ran in the beach |
| 2:01.6 | and then came back, had a nice good breakfast, did some more work. I'm like, life. Life is |
| 2:07.9 | worth living here, you know? It's like, it's great. Life is worth living. Oh my. No, that's awesome. |
| 2:16.2 | Okay, first of all, so, okay, you're, you were swimming horizontally. |
| 2:22.8 | Right. What's it? Vertical? No, horizontally. You were not swimming. Okay, I was going to say, you were not swimming 10 minutes into the open. Okay. No chance. No chance. I don't trust myself that much. Yeah, no, my grandparents raised me to be terrified of the ocean. So I would, like, don't go below like my stomach usually because I'm like, that's scary. That's awesome, dude. And I'm so impressed that you were running on the beach. Like, that's great. Dude, I, I, you're a runner now. I'm pretty much the ultimate athlete. Like, I don't think anybody's better with me. No. No. But dude, for real, I, uh, I ran, yeah, I ran two days on the beach while I was here. I ran Saturday and Sunday, um, both on the beach for about 30 minutes each time. So, yeah. beach is hard. Running the beach is not easy. Did you track? Like, do you know how long it was? Like mile-wise? Was it a mile? I just ran for 30 minutes. You got to track your time. Yeah, I think runners do that. I think they track their time and their distance or whatever. Well, I signed up for the high rocks and so I got to start keeping track of that stuff a bit more. |
