And Jen's story is really relatable because she had a pretty intense, a pretty traumatic

and a pretty serious health scare that almost took her life.

And from that moment, she knew that, for lack of better terms, she had to get

her shit together. And even after years of starting and stopping, after years of saying she was

going to stay consistent, but then always falling off track, and also years of having multiple

kids, Jen and her family have six kids. Her time is

very limited. Her mental bandwidth is very limited. She also works a full-time job. She has to

travel to and from that job. And she also has to travel to and from the gym, which is about an

hour away.

And yet somehow, Jen has still been able to lose a tremendous amount of weight over 130 pounds.

And she's also been able to get a consistent workout routine and a consistent nutrition plan despite all of these challenges and obstacles.
