You have your gym clothes laid out. You have a couple of meals prepped in the fridge. You have a really good plan to stay on track. But then by Wednesday, you're not really feeling it. By Friday, you've already missed a workout or two. Maybe you've missed a day of your steps. Maybe you've gone over your calories. Forgot to track calories. The weekend rolls around.
