In this episode, we're going to talk about what no one talks about after you lose the weight.

And I think the goal of this episode is to even just start to mention and start to talk about

what happens after you lose the weight. So many people are so focused on losing it. But once you do,

and even if you're somebody who you're like, Eric, I have 50, 75, 100 pounds to lose, I haven't

lost the weight yet. You will. I promise you. You will.

I believe in you. But when you do, we need to talk about what happens after that. And it's tough

because you, when you lose the weight, you work your ass off. You track, you lift, you say no to things.

You change your habits. you change your food,

maybe you even change your friend group, and then finally, you hit your goal.

Once you hit your goal, you almost kind of feel lost.

You almost feel like, okay, what now?

You thought you'd be proud. You thought you'd be more confident.

You thought you'd be free. And again, maybe you are. But you also might feel a little scared.
