Fitness Podcast.

0:12.6

I hope you're having a great day thus far.

0:14.9

In this episode, we're going to be talking about how much body fat

0:18.9

is actually a healthy percentage for both men and women.

0:23.8

And we're gonna talk about my two cents on,

0:26.5

you know, we've, myself and the team

0:28.6

have coached over at this point,

0:30.2

15,000 online clients at this point, and I have over three and a half years of in-person

0:36.8

training experience as well.

0:38.6

And so I'm going to give you my two cents on what I think about what a quote unquote healthy body fat percentage is

to the BMI chart, I should weigh X amount of weight.

1:38.9

And I'm like, that's just not like, it's just, especially if you work out out maybe if you don't work out that's one thing but I think

1:46.6

everybody in the world should be working out so if you're somebody who works out the

1:50.3

BMI chart is just not a great way to go about measuring your health and fitness.

1:56.0

And so I would just say, you know, using body fat percentage is a better route to track and measure and be aware of when you are talking about overall health.

2:06.3

Because, I mean, obviously I think as we all know by now, but, you know, your body fat percentage,

2:12.1

your body fat levels your your body fat levels your obesity levels those
