What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness Podcast. I hope you're having a great day thus far. Jamie and we speak with one of our clubhouse members actually our October

teammate of the month Aaron and Aaron that has a I think a very powerful story she

kind of talks about what really was the catalyst for her to actually create a change in her life.

I think everybody eventually has one of these moments where it's a kind of a slap in the face

and it forces you to change and so she kind of talks about you know the mental

and emotional part of that aspect of it and she talks about really just kind of

of like starting the change you know not being perfect at first kind of it took some time to you know kind of get

some habits down make some routine changes so on and so forth but you know she

eventually just kind of flipped a switch and now she's just the most consistent

she's ever been in her life, you know, making

great progress, lifting weights and of course losing body fat and all these great things and

you know her confidence has skyrocketed which is in my opinion probably the best part of all these changes is how you end

up feeling about yourself.

And so yeah, she gives a lot of practical tips as well in terms of like what her routine looks like,

you know, how she manages working and kids and schedules routines and all these things and so yeah
