| 1:34.0 | like, because we have actually had quite a few people who have been on, whether it's, you know, |
| 1:38.5 | Ozempik or Wegovi or whatever the case may be, and they have come to us and I'm like yeah like I took it but I didn't even really see that much progress until I started lifting weights until I started eating higher protein until I started doing you know getting more walks in. |
| 1:54.5 | And so I would just say, you know, we're still focusing on doing all of the healthy things. |
| 1:59.6 | Like if somebody comes to us and they're taking one of these medications, |
