other uh no other things so listen. So listen, G.L. P. One's I have a couple of thoughts on them

and this is just from my my two cents my personal experience coaching people who have either are currently taking

G.L. P. 1s or who have taken G. L. P. 1s. And so a couple things. Number one,

it is not going to replace you doing the quote-unquote healthy things that we know we should be doing anyway.

And I think most people understand this, but I just want to say this,

like, because we have actually had quite a few people who have been on, whether it's, you know,

Ozempik or Wegovi or whatever the case may be, and they have come to us and I'm like yeah like I took it but I didn't even really see that much progress until I started lifting weights until I started eating higher protein until I started doing you know getting more walks in.

And so I would just say, you know, we're still focusing on doing all of the healthy things.

Like if somebody comes to us and they're taking one of these medications,

we're still focusing on going outside and getting a daily step goal.
