I mean negativity is always louder than positivity and of course like we all have shit going on in our lives for lack of better terms and so I understand it can be maybe hard sometimes to continuously

I do on a day-to-day week-to-week basis and just how I kind of view things and so if you

I try to understand and I really do try to nail this home as much as possible. Being

positive is a choice. It's not a choice what happens to you in your life. It's not a choice, you know, like there are things that happen to you where it's not, you didn't choose to have these negative things happen, especially like the negative stuff. But it is your choice how you react to it. And so I think number one first
