Now, first thing, first question we're getting into. Somebody asked me, what is one strategy you have found that keeps clients motivated over the long haul?

So I have a lot to say about this. So buckle up and let's do it.

First off, again, you have to remember you're not always going to be motivated and I know that you know this but I'm just going to say it again really quickly.

I am not motivated every single day.

I am not like waking up and I'm like, oh my God,

like everything is just great.

Like I'm just gonna stick to my diet.

I'm gonna get my workouts in, like, I don't do that. And I do this for a living. I own a coaching business doing this for a living. And so you're not going to be motivated every single day. Now with that being said there's a couple of things I want to I want to touch on. Number one, there's a couple strategies. First and foremost, you have to understand how motivation works. We just talked about you're not going to be motivated every single day, which is true. So how does motivation work then? Okay, so what is the most motivating thing for you on your journey?
