What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the Aircromitz Fitness Podcast. I hope that you are having a great day thus far. This podcast today is going to be for you if you are somebody who wants to get the most out of your

workouts. If you want to try to have the best workouts you can, make the most progress you can, have the most quote-unquote optimal workouts you can. I've coached a lot of people and I always find that like once you get into it once you like get into strength training and that sort of stuff I've often found like people's days like especially in the beginning kind of like revolve around trying to have a good workout like you

want to get stronger you want to build muscle you want to increase your weight that

you're lifting you want to you know leave the gym feeling like you had a really good

actually has you know nothing to do with your actual workout but it has everything to do with your actual workout, but it has everything to do with your rest days.

And I can't overemphasize this enough if you want to have the best workouts.

you have to take your rest days seriously.

And remember, I am somebody who I've done it all.

I've done three days a week, I've done four days a week,

So when I tell you, when I finally started taking my rest, well number one, taking rest days, which I'll talk about in a second, but when I started

taking them seriously, like I needed to really try to rest on those days. When I started taking those seriously, that's when I started to make the most progress in everything, in the most progress in my strength, in the most progress in how my body looked, and how my body looked and how my body changed.
