Hope you're having a great day. This is probably going to be a quick hitting podcast for you. It won't be very long, but I just want to touch on something that I see all the time in the fitness industry and I get tons of questions on and quite frankly there is just so much

0:24.7

misinformation around this specific topic so I want to just do a quick podcast on it so you can know

1:07.5

1:11.0

1:26.2

your weight. If let's say you start eating 2,000 calories, you are then going to be in a

1:32.2

calorie deficit and you are going to start losing weight because you're eating less calories than what your body burns.

1:39.0

I think we all know this.
