| 0:47.5 | overwhelm themselves or they stop themselves from ever succeeding |

| 0:55.3 | track their food and track their calories forever. |
| 0:58.7 | I do not want you nor need you to track your calories and weigh your food forever. |
| 1:04.0 | Now, there are some people who like they actually enjoy like weighing their food |
| 1:08.0 | making sure the portion sizes are there. |
| 1:10.0 | Some people it really helps hold them accountable like if you want to keep doing it that's completely fine as well. I see nothing inherently wrong with that |
| 1:18.0 | But I I don't do that because I'm not doing that every single day in my life. |
| 1:22.6 | That's just I don't like I said I don't need you to do that either. |
| 1:25.8 | But here's the thing. The cool part about calorie counting if you do it correctly and this is a big caveat here if you do |
| 1:35.4 | calorie counting correctly and you actually weigh your food out and you actually |
| 1:39.2 | know what a proper portion size looks like and you actually use it as a tool to help you reach your goals. |
