And both Jessica and Kristen have been inside of the clubhouse for multiple years now.

And it's one thing to be consistent for a month or three months or even six months but when you get

really making a lifestyle change and I know that's something you want and you have to listen very closely to what they talk about when it comes to not only like their routines for example they talk about what makes them so consistent with their routines.

They talk about if they still have days where maybe they're not motivated,

and what they do on those days when they're not motivated. They talk about maybe the conversations

they have with themselves. They talk about what happens when they do fall off track.
