do the things that you know you're supposed to do. Like with fitness, with getting in shape, with health,

you're not dumb. Like you know what to do. You have the knowledge of you know you should be working out now you might not know exactly

how to set up a workout program you know every single exercise every single rep I

understand that the nuances I get but you know you should work out. You know you should walk more. You know you should eat better. We know you should get more sleep. We all know these things. But why are we not doing them? And in this podcast today, I'm going to give you three lessons and three you know tips you might be able to take with you
