Eric Roberts Fitness Podcast. Hope you're having a great day thus far. In this episode I chat with one of our clubhouse members, Lori, who has seen absurd amounts of progress in a three month period of time.

And usually, you know, you probably hear me talk about like,

it takes time, like it's not gonna happen in a month,

but I wanna show you what is possible in three months

if you truly commit, because Lori is somebody who she's

committed she's doing our workouts she's following the calories and it's not

just like yes our program but she's putting in the work and I want you to see what's possible

anything crazy she's not working out six, seven days a week. She's not eating

1,200 calories. She's not cutting out all her favorite foods. She's found what has worked

for her. She's found a realistic and sustainable plan for her,

even with working full time, even with having kids,

even with all the things that are struggles and challenges for people,

but she's found a way to make it work for her.
