From her journey with cancer that she will talk about in this podcast from losing some loved ones in her life back to back which are you know again she'll talk about that in this podcast and it's not been easy for you know she talks about what it's been like

fitness has played a massive massive role she talks about even though she had all these things going on where I think most people would have been like,

ah well I got to get through this first or I can't do this or I don't have time for this. She talks about how she needed to

prioritize her health and needed to prioritize her fitness and even though she

had a ton that was going on she still you know basically got sick and

had to just make it work and I think we all get to that point at some moment in

Becky's story and the way she frames things the way she thinks about things because

she's gone through it she'll talk she'll she'll talk about how you, before kind of like attacking this,

or you know, there's too many negative things going on so she couldn't focus on her health and fitness but
