And if anybody knows me, you know, I'm very, very competitive. So I like winning. I do not like losing. I do not like failure. But I actually think a couple of things I think number one failure usually has a negative

connotation which I'm going to try to hopefully switch for you in this podcast today because I don't

necessarily view failures as a negative connotation and then number two I think you need to be

Learn how to be okay with failing because the God's honest truth is no matter what journey you're on you know whether it's a weight loss journey

Whether it's a journey to better your health whether it's a business journey whether it's a journey to be a great parent like whatever you are doing to try to better yourself, there's going to be quote unquote failures along the way.

Not everything is going to be pretty, not everything is going to be perfect, it's not going to go as planned, right?

Like, I'm sure we've all probably seen those memes where it's like,

you know, what you think progress looks like, and it's kind of like that graph
