What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the Air Cropper's Fitness Podcast. I hope you are having a great day thus far. You are most likely listening to this as I am returning from my beach vacation in Mexico.

I haven't gone yet. I'm recording this on February 3rd. I leave on February 6th, but this whole morning and this whole past couple of days and especially these next couple days I'm really I'm going to try

So this morning I woke up about five on a Saturday and I've been writing emails, I've been doing a couple of podcasts that I've recorded, which you will hear, I'm sure,

about four Instagram Tik-Toc videos and just yeah making sure my my entire

content schedule is is you know making sure it gets done just because just because you know I'm going on

vacation doesn't mean that you know I got a responsibility I got a

And I've had a very productive morning thus far. I got a couple more hours to go here and then I'm going to hit a workout and then yeah I'll probably pass the fuck out after that. But I'm excited. So you're probably listening to this as the time I am returning. So after this
