Nine week calorie deficit is over. Man, that's crazy to say. Time absolutely flew by. I remember literally when I first started the calorie deficit

I remember like you know starting to create the content for it I was you know I went

outside and I got my first walk that I was supposed to get and I took my starting progress pictures and all these things and just, man, I remember it was literally just fucking yesterday. Like I started talking about it, I started documenting and I started doing these things and you know I've said

this and I think probably every single podcast along the way but I just got to say it

again like I'm telling you man time is going to pass regardless time is going to fly by way

quicker than you think it's been nine full weeks already man it's over it's done

it's been nine weeks think about like what have you done these past nine weeks

what has your nine weeks look like versus my nine weeks and I'm not saying you got to be me but like the time is going to pass

regardless so many people get so caught up and it takes too long I'm not seeing

over it's going you know five weeks is going to pass for, five weeks is going to pass for you. One week is going to pass for you. Six months is going to pass for you. God willing.
