that but she is super cool she has a great great story to tell I think you're going to relate to this podcast in the sense of, you know,

Jasmine kind of gets real and kind of talks about what her life was like when, you know, she wasn't really healthy.

And, you know, she gets pretty vulnerable about, you know, just some of the ways she was feeling, some of the things she was thinking.

I also love, you know, with after that, she talks about how she was able to get herself out of that,

because I think a lot of people get stuck in there for lack of better terms for a year two years five years ten years who knows how long it could be but she talks about how she was able to get out of that how she looked at herself in the mirror and you know kind of got real with herself.
