In this podcast today, I'm going to give you a quick little,

but I'm going to give you an update on my nine-week calorie deficit. I am officially one week in.

So I'm going to talk all about my progress, I'm going to talk about my workouts, I'm going to talk about how I'm dealing with hunger and how I'm getting my

cardio in and I'm just going to give you everything I'm going to give you all

the all the updates and it's going to be a it's going to be an interesting one it was different

it was a different update than what I thought I was going to give so I'm kind of

excited to you know kind of come on here and let you know what's going on so

let's just first and foremost you know kind of

workouts, nutrition, cardio is going to look like for my nine week deficit. So that lays out

everything inside of there, but essentially I'm going on a nine week

calorie deficit. I am going to be very consistent. I most likely will not go over my

calories any day. If I do, it is what it is, but I'm aiming not to and I will most likely follow

through with that. I'm still getting my workouts, still getting my steps, still doing all these things,

but I'm doing this leading up to a vacation I have in February.
