And listen, I'm not saying that like you need to be perfect with your nutrition, you know, in this holiday season.

Oh, it's the holidays and so, I, you know, of course my nutrition is going to slide.

Well, it's the new year and like, you know, everything's super super busy and so like I'll get to it eventually.

I just got done a really hard day at work and so you know of course I'm going to come home and like I'm not going to have the best nutrition. Like if you just keep giving yourself an out you're going to find one every single time. You're always
