absolutely crush it. Kimberly's been in the clubhouse for over a year. She's the

just like stacking small habits over and over and over. I know a lot of people are

overwhelmed with like maybe trying to change your entire life all at once. Kimberly talks about how she just

stacked habits, stacked habits, and now she's one of the most consistent people I've ever met in my entire life.

She also talks about not just like transforming her physical health and life.

Like, yes, she's strong now, she goes to the gym,
