I normally put out three podcasts a week, which I have to say, for the people I've seen putting out

podcast that's a lot of podcasts per week so I wanted to little I want to do a

little challenge for myself I want to try to put out five podcasts per week and not try I will when I do these

types of challenges and hopefully you can take this with you because I also want to I want to

listening to this right now because if I say I'm gonna do five podcasts per week I'm

doing five podcasts per week it's not like I'll stay up till you know 11.59 PM to get it done on that day if I have to it

has to get done and I want to hopefully take you through this journey with me and

I want to show you that, like, this is possible.

And you can tell yourself you're going to do something

and then get it done.

And again, it's something that I'm very, very big on,

because that's where self-confidence comes from. That's where self-esteem and

self-belief comes from, is from doing the things that you actually that you say

you're going to do. You can't just keep telling yourself I'm going to do this and not do it. I'm going to do this and not do it. I'm going to do this and not do it.

And I'm not saying you have to be perfect, but if you tell yourself you're going to do something,
