What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the AirCraber's Fitness Podcast. I hope you are doing well.

And Miranda is somebody who has gone through a lot in her life to say the least.

She kind of tells you her story in this podcast where, you know, she started drinking, using drugs

at a very early age and you know, how she kind of ran through that part of

her life to get to the point of all right I want to turn things around I want to try

to lose weight so and so forth and so she talks about her yo-yo years of kind of

losing but gaining and just never really feeling confident in herself that she could actually do this.

when you actually believe you can do this everything changes and Miranda had that

but also mentally and that's really where like yes she has lost a ton of body fat she has gotten

to the point where now she's actually started to stop losing body fat increasing

her calories much like we talked to Jasmine earlier this week in a previous podcast,

you know, Jasmine was like, ah, what do I do? I'm done losing weight. Miranda, same thing.

She is to the point where she's done losing weight, like she's starting to increase her calories go into a

calorie surplus she talks about her workouts I love this how much she loves her

workouts but also she talks about going from like two 10 pound dumbbells in her you

know in her room in her house to now she has a squat rack a bar bell a trap

bar all these things that are like you know she's building an entire home gym now because she just loves working out, and she loves getting stronger, she loves pushing herself, she loves learning more.
