I think a lot of times we talk about calories, and we talk about protein, and the carbs, and the fats, but we don't talk a lot about the iodine.

We don't talk a lot about vitamin D, we don't talk a lot about potassium, we don't talk a lot about the vitamins and

minerals that you could be deficient in which could lead to hunger,
