What is going on guys?

Welcome back to another episode of the AirCropitz fitness podcast.

Hope you're doing well.

You probably already notice that my voice sounds a little bit different.

And that's because I'm a little bit on the tail end

knocking on wood hopefully on the tail end of being a little bit under the

weather and I haven't recorded a podcast in I don't know

it's probably since Friday it's Tuesday now it's been weird and it's funny because if

you've been listening to more of the recent podcast I'm like I'm gonna do four podcasts a week I gotta do more and then I think

God has a funny way of just be like oh that's your plan

Funny funny that's your plan.

Funny, that's your plan.

We'll see how that goes.

So, yeah, but we're going to see how long this podcast runs for.

I'm going to see how much my voice can hold up.

So if it's a shorter podcast, who knows?

It might be the longest podcast ever.

That would be something I would do as well.

So who really knows?

But I hope it's not too bad to the point where like you can't listen or whatnot and if so then I apologize and I completely understand but I hope you are doing well.
