often that's for a few reasons number one I just I just I hope you don't take this the wrong way but like I just am somebody who's always been somebody who keeps like things to myself like I don't really like if it wasn't for my absolute passion for fitness and nutrition and all this kind of stuff in helping people and like wanting people to get better, I would even be on social media.
