What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness Podcast.

fitness podcast, so we're going to be talking about in terms of fitness and you know why does this matter right like

Honestly though this could go for the scope for anything this could go for your school work this could go for

your business this could go for literally anything but why does it matter with

fitness like what do you what do you say and what do I hear the most which which is something to the effect of,

oh, I don't have time to work out.

I don't have time to get extra steps in.

I don't have time to count my calories. I don't have time to you know count my calories I don't have time to meal prep I don't have time to cook healthy dinner like that is one of the one of the biggest pain points when it comes to people trying to create change in your life.

if you're not a real coach,

like you can't actually help people with this because it's it's one thing to know like oh yeah you gotta eat healthier and you gotta count your calories and you gotta do this that and the other it's like that's great to know that

but how do you actually put that into practice into a day-to-day routine or a week-to-week

routine like because that's the stuff that actually matters it's not like I can sit here and tell you and explain to you a calorie deficit all day long and some people like you might get it and rock with it and like you know that it might the light bulb might go off for you but like for most people just

hearing about a calorie deficit like you know it's funny I had one of the podcasts with one of my clients

way back when now probably shoot probably around this time last year.
