egg whites an oatmeal and like while there's nothing wrong with that because I eat that way

a majority of the time I do think there is a lot of merit to you know being able to work in some

quote-unquote funner foods and being able to spice things up a bit while not breaking the bank on calories and keeping things very high protein and he does a I mean honestly I think he's the best at it if I'm being very frank with you and that's why I'm very lucky to have him
