What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the AirCuppets Fitness Podcast. I hope you're doing super well. In this episode, you and I are going to be talking about

discipline and we're going to be discussing discipline and I think the some of the more misunderstood aspects about discipline that number one I am going to tell you from my own perspective and I think that it's misunderstood from other people's

on a podcast and I and I will be honest with you. I have a lot of stuff that goes through my head every single day and I'm just hoping that, you know, like for example, the only reason I'm doing this podcast is because I don't just like to hear myself talk.

I think it is somewhat therapeutic for me

But I am doing this podcast because I hopefully want to give you the thoughts, the information,

the style of thinking that is inside of my brain, I want to give that to you and then you know you don't have to completely

So I want to talk about discipline and I want to talk about, you know of how it's it's misunderstood I think

number one that the first thing I want to touch on is I normally I don't

necessarily or I didn't necessarily talk about discipline a ton,

especially earlier on, probably about like two years ago.

again, I think I was misunderstanding how people were trying to use it or maybe how it was

displayed amongst you know society social media whatever want to call it because I thought a lot of times people

would just be like oh you can't stick to your diet like just have more

discipline and it's like well that doesn't fucking help anybody
