killing people I'm talking about killing your day is what I am talking about though you know

killing your day and dominating your day and winning your day.

Because that's really what all of this comes down to, no matter what goal you're working towards, it comes down to, whether you're in a fitness goal or a business goal or any kind of goal you want to

get done you're building something in your house I don't know it comes down to

winning that day because if you win that day and you do that for a week and you do it for two weeks and you do it for a month

and three months and six months and you can start to see where this is going

that's how you end up actually getting to your goals. There's no other way.

You're not going to get to any goals you want to get to

unless you win that day.

It all starts with winning that day.
