be training a certain muscle group and so you know let's just take your chest or your

glutes for example how many times should you be working out that specific

muscle group throughout the course of a week if your goal is to build

strength, build muscle, you know, all of those great things, you know, change your body composition,

all of those great things in seeing change, right?
